This retention period reflects the record-keeping obligations imposed by rp66k's gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
9.2 KYC Documents. Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the Player's last transaction, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
9.3 Transaction Records. All financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to satisfy gaming regulatory and tax record-keeping requirements.
9.4 Marketing Data. Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, your marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Following withdrawal of consent, your data will be suppressed from marketing systems within 30 days.
9.5 Deletion. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, rp66k will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

The security of your Account also depends on the strength and confidentiality of your credentials. rp66k strongly recommends using a unique, complex password for your rp66k Account and enabling two-step verification. rp66k will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by rp66k. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to [email protected] with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line. rp66k will respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data rp66k holds about you, along with information about how it is being used and on what legal basis.
If any personal data rp66k holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Identity-verified data changes may require re-submission of KYC documents.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful. Erasure requests are subject to overriding legal retention obligations.

Verification of Identity. To protect your privacy, rp66k will verify your identity before acting on any data rights request. This typically requires confirmation of your registered email address and, for sensitive requests, submission of a valid identity document.
13.1 Minimum Age. The rp66k Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. rp66k does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not attempt to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity.
13.2 Discovery of Underage Accounts. If rp66k discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, rp66k will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete the associated personal data, and decline or reverse any transactions associated with that account. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the originating payment method.

14.1 Scope Limitation. The rp66k Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites.
