This agreement governs your use of rp66k's platform, including all gaming products, payment services, bonuses, and customer support. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the rp66k Platform in any capacity. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. rp66k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to rp66k's satisfaction.
2.2 Residency. The rp66k Platform is operated and marketed for players based in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any legal disability, and that no court order or regulatory decision prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one rp66k Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK as shown on your KTP), registered email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. rp66k is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to verify it at the point of registration.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. rp66k strongly recommends enabling two-step verification immediately upon registration. You must notify rp66k immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rp66k will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where rp66k was not promptly notified of the suspected breach.
3.3 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your Account. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.4 Account Suspension. rp66k reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, or reasonable belief that the account poses a regulatory risk. Where funds are present in a closed Account and no wrongdoing is established, rp66k will return those funds via the Player's verified payment method.
4.1 Verification Requirements. rp66k is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain platform features. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, where requested, a selfie photograph holding your KTP and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
4.2 Verification Timing. rp66k aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Delays may occur during Indonesian public holidays or periods of high submission volume. During the verification period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
4.3 Source of Funds. rp66k reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into any Account where the deposits exceed thresholds set by rp66k's internal compliance guidelines. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restriction or account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rp66k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. rp66k does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside rp66k's control and are your responsibility.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed by rp66k within five (5) business minutes during operational hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operational period. rp66k does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
5.4 Withdrawal to Verified Account Only. rp66k will only transfer withdrawal funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rp66k Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. This rule exists to protect Players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
5.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Where a Player has accepted a bonus, withdrawal of that bonus's associated real-money winnings may be subject to wagering requirements as described in Clause 6 below. Real-money funds deposited and not associated with any bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to Clause 5.3.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with their Account.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms and must be satisfied before any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified in the promotion terms; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
6.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slot categories, and some table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the promotion terms at the time the promotion is offered.
6.5 rp66k's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. rp66k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already satisfied the eligibility criteria at the point of withdrawal will not have their entitlement retrospectively revoked.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the rp66k Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical equipment subject to continuous surveillance. Game outcomes are neither influenced by rp66k nor controllable by Players. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions.
7.2 Sportsbook — Settlement Rules. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and rp66k's published settlement guidelines, which are available within the Sportsbook section. Where events are postponed, abandoned, or significantly altered, rp66k's settlement rules specify the outcome treatment. rp66k's settlement decisions are final.
7. 3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products on the Platform. Limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering. rp66k reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Where a Player's stake exceeds the applicable maximum, rp66k may void the excess portion of the wager and return the excess stake to the Player's Account Balance.
7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or display of any game or wager, rp66k reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. rp66k will not honour winnings arising from manifest errors, regardless of whether such errors were apparent to the Player at the time of wagering.
7.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome or settlement decision is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with rp66k's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. rp66k will review all disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp66k Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
9.1 Player Protection Tools. rp66k is committed to responsible gaming and provides all Players with access to a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation by rp66k's support team. During a self-exclusion period, rp66k will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Account from placing wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the nominated period has expired.
9.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. rp66k strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 21 years of age. If you believe a minor has accessed your Account or the Platform, contact rp66k support immediately at [email protected].

10.1 Ownership. All content on the rp66k Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp66k or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Limited Licence. rp66k grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website; or use rp66k's trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
11.1 Platform Availability. rp66k provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rp66k takes reasonable steps to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp66k excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even where rp66k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where rp66k is found liable to you under any cause of action, rp66k's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. rp66k uses third-party payment processors, game content providers, and data feed suppliers. rp66k is not liable for failures, errors, or interruptions attributable to these third-party services, except where such failure directly results from rp66k's own negligence in selecting or monitoring the third party.
12.1 Data Collection. rp66k collects and processes personal data provided during Account registration, KYC verification, payment transactions, and Platform use. The categories of data collected and the purposes for which they are processed are described in full in rp66k's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
12.2 Data Security. rp66k maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms.
12.3 Data Retention. rp66k retains your personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable anti-money laundering, tax, and gaming regulatory requirements. Where retention is no longer required by law or legitimate business need, rp66k will securely delete or anonymise your data.
13.1 Right to Amend. rp66k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — rp66k will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via the email address registered to your Account and a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended terms take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any Account Balance before the effective date.
13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at rp66k.net/terms-conditions. Prior versions are retained by rp66k for internal record-keeping purposes and are available on request.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp66k holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and rp66k, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through rp66k's internal complaints procedure, which requires submission of a written complaint to [email protected]. rp66k will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Where disputes cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to rp66k's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
